You can even get a version of the site on your iPad or smart phone.

The Gluten Free Mall is an online supermarket that features a wide variety of gluten-free food options, including gluten-free pasta and bread, as well as a large selection of gluten-free brands for all kinds of foods and products.

Popular gluten-free products
No matter what food you may be missing without gluten products in your life, a simple search should locate a source for gluten-free alternatives.

One of the hardest things to do without on a gluten-free diet can be bread. Though there are a number of food manufacturers (and more and more local bakeries) making gluten-free bread and other baked goods, not all loaves are created equal. One that gets consistently good reviews is Udi’s Gluten-Free Whole Grain Bread.

And you don’t have to do without biscuits or pancakes on your gluten-free diet, thanks to Bisquick Gluten Free, or frozen waffles from Van’s in a grocery store near you.

Gluten-free restaurant chains
Though most restaurants will try to accommodate those eating gluten free, some have seen the importance of providing specific menu items for those with special dietary needs. A variety of national and regional chains have devoted entire sections of their menus to gluten-free eating, including Outback Steakhouse, On the Border and P.F. Chang’s.
